Episode 117 – 5 Days for the Homeless

On this episode, we find out how the annual 5 Days for the Homeless event supports Youth Empowerment and Support Services here in Edmonton.

Youth Empowerment and Support Services (YESS) provides shelter and community resources to young people who are struggling with trauma and dealing with housing instability. 5 Days for the homeless is a student-led campaign that raises awareness about youth homelessness and raises funds in support of YESS.

This year, the event runs from March 14th – 18th. Click here to see their events calendar.
